Authoring

Each release is authored as JSON under /data/{id}.json with fields id, issued_by, source, rights, date, title, canonical, summary, media, and corrections. HTML editions are generated from those files. Permanent IDs are not reused.

Local authoring helper: author_release.py in the OYOTTA upload workspace. Public anonymous posting is not enabled.
